Refund Policy for CAFS Training Courses

Courses / Seminars

1. Written notice must be provided by a student to CAFS when a student withdraws from a course.

2. Refunds prior to the start of a course:

a) 14 days or more prior to the scheduled course date; CAFS will refund 90% of the course fee.

b) 7-13 days prior to the scheduled course date; CAFS will refund 75% of the course fee.

c) 2-7 days prior to the scheduled course date; CAFS will refund 50% of the course fee.

d) 1 day prior to the scheduled course date and/or non-attendance of the course date; no refund will be issued.

Note: Transfer to an alternate course date is subject to available space and is conditional subject to CAFS approval.
